Through this job experience, I had to exercise great attention to detail as I was involved with checking and amending sensitive financial plans and information. Additionally, this job experience has allowed me to be proficient in the different technological softwares. I was able to improve my proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Drive as I was heavily involved with the organisation of digital materials and documents. This job experience has allowed me to develop key skill sets such as attention to detail and proficiencies in basic technological softwares. These skill sets and proficiencies are essential in the events management industry as event managers have to be detail-oriented so as to ensure the quality of both the development and execution of the event.

I worked at a yearly bazaar that was organised by Takashimaya and I was involved in:

Through this job experience, I effectively applied problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure when trying to meet customer needs. There were often instances of customer disputes, however, I was able to solve them by negotiating and suggesting another option according to the customer's needs and wants. Additionally, the bazaar managed to achieve the highest sales target of 350K with the collaborative effort of both the full-timers and part-timers.
This job experience has allowed me to develop key skill sets such as problem-solving and interpersonal skills. These skill sets will enable me to confidently interact with different clients and partners in the field of events management.
